Monthly Fuel Surcharge: Transparency in Fuel Costs

This page provides an overview of the monthly fuel surcharge percentages applied to our rates.

This surcharge enables us to anticipate fluctuations in fuel prices and supports a sustainable and efficient logistics operation.

If the official diesel price for road transport 10 ppm, excluding VAT, increases or decreases by 4% each time compared to the price of 01 Jan 2010, the following diesel formula will take effect:

  • New Price = Base Price + 1% in case of increase in diesel price
  • New Price = Base Price – 1% in case diesel price decreases
  • Adjustments will happen the 1st day of each new month in case of sufficient increase or decrease in diesel price.
  • Diesel clause is limited to 0% and does not accept negative diesel surcharge
    Calculation:
Increase or decrease in diesel price for road transport 10ppm
> New price
Between + or - 4% and 7.99%
> Base price + or - 1%
Between + or - 8% and 11.99%
> Base price + or - 2%
Between + or - and 12% and 15.99%
> Base price + or - 3%
