Port of Limburg is a strategically located inland terminal in Genk, directly on the Albert Canal, with excellent connections via the E313 and E314. As a satellite location outside the busy seaports, the terminal offers an efficient container transport solution, with a total capacity of 350,000 TEU per year. Besides container handling and transport, Port of Limburg also offers a wide range of value-added services. Sustainability is central to our operations, with a strong focus on green energy and promoting the modal shift from road transport to inland shipping.
FREQUENT CONNECTIONS TO SEAPORTS
Port of Limburg offers very frequent connections to and from the maritime terminals in the Port of Antwerp-Bruges and Rotterdam.
Thanks to its location, Port of Limburg will be the ideal connection between the deep-sea ports and the hinterland.
